Scholarship Opportunity

San Diego county high school seniors who will attend a degree-granting college or university in San Diego county next fall are encouraged to apply for a scholarship from the San Diego County Citizens Scholarship Foundation.

Students who receive these scholarships are generally those whose grades or economic circumstances may limit consideration by other scholarship providers. Their financial need and desire for education are unique requirements to this Foundation because grades and test scores are not considered.

About 60 scholarships of up to $1000 each are awarded annually.   The application deadline is March 2, 2011.

Applications and further information are available at www.sdccsf.org.
