Course Fulfills Requirement for Government Assistance Programs
WHAT: Neighborhood House Association’s Housing Counseling program is hosting a First Time Homebuyer Education Class entirely in Spanish.
The class will educate and counsel future homeowners on budgeting, finding and maintaining a real estate property, and completing a successful loan transaction. The completion of this 8-hour course will provide qualified buyers with a certificate of completion and access to use funds from government assistance programs for down payments, closing costs and shared equity programs.
