Jumex Partners with the YMCA of San Diego in Building Strong Kids, Strong Families and Strong Communities

Jumex, the worldwide leader in the nectar category, was proud to announce today the beginning of what proves to be a long and beneficial relationship with the YMCA in helping build strong kids, strong families and strong communities through programs that develop spirit, mind and body.

Jumex’s long history supporting our communities extends back decades to Mexico, where Jumex has donated time and resources to philanthropic endeavors to the betterment of community. This is one way of giving back a little of what consumers have given Jumex for over 40 years.

The YMCA encourages individual health by making their programs and services accessible to all, no matter the income level. Through programs and facilities members experience building self-esteem, improving health and wellness, learning leadership skills, making new friends, strengthening family bonds, building community connections, promoting volunteer-ism and providing social outlets.

Jumex’s support of the YMCA is part of a year-long promotional marketing effort called “Mi Jumex Me Lleva Mas Lejos…” (My Jumex Takes Me Further…), a three-tiered plan that includes community outreach, promotions, event marketing and in-store rewards.
