The North County Latinas Association held its annual reception to honor the recipients of the 2009 Quinceañera Scholarship on Saturday August 8. The reception was held in the Clarke Field House at Cal State San Marcos. The attendees were hosted to a buffet luncheon and quinceañera cake.
