Open Forum
The County of San Diego Department of Public Works will hold an open house forum to inform the community about the upcoming construction on the South Santa Fe Avenue North Improvement Project.
Thursday, March 25th from 6 to 8 p.m.
Hannalei Elementary School Multipurpose Room
120 Hannalei Drive, Vista, CA 92083
This project will widen a 0.7-mile segment of South Santa Fe Avenue between Montgomery Drive and 700 feet east of Woodland Drive. Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2010. The goals of this project are to improve traffic flow, increase capacity and enhance public safety.
The open house will begin with a presentation outlining the project improvements and anticipated construction schedule. Representatives from Hannalei Elementary School, the County of San Diego, and its construction contractor Erreca’s Inc. will be present to discuss the project and answer questions. All information discussed will be available in both English and Spanish.
The community is encouraged to attend this open house to learn more about this road improvement project and construction schedules, as well as to share questions and comments. Special accommodations such as American Sign Language, accessible seating, or documents in alternative formats can be made by contacting Matt Norton at (619) 232-2112 ext. 102.
