<p>Mid-City Center is an oasis in the heart of City Heights. It is the hub of the San Diego Community College District Continuing Education English as a Second Language (ESL) program.</p>
<p>As one of SDCCD’s six continuing education centers, Mid-City Center offers a variety of free classes, including ESL, computer, citizenship, and various vocational classes. San Diego Continuing Education celebrated its 100th anniversary last year.</p>
