Think you have it bad here in the good old USA when it comes to wages Mexico just raised their minimum wage by 4.2% or 18 cents…. for example the minimum wage in Chiapas is $4.34 per day… no wonder immigrants are grateful for all the hard jobs/work they find crossing the border. They make more in one day than they do the whole week….
Speaking of migrants and crossing the border, a recent report came out that border crossings at an all time low… that is a no brainer we have always said the immigration issue is not a criminal issue but a jobs issue and in the United States no one is hiring so there is no reason for Mexican workers to cross the border…

Arizona Congressman Raul Grijalva has been calling for the resignation of Marricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio for his department’s mishandling of more than 400 sex crimes. With the Dept. of Justice report Arpaio looks like a short timer.
Speaking of endorsements the CDA – CHICANO Democratic Association – went ahead with an early endorsement and endorsed a gringo over Latina Lori Saldaña in race for the 52nd Congressional district. Hey vatos if your not going to endorse a Chicana then don’t endorse. If you are going to endorse a gringo over a Chicana then you should change your name to something that fits like ‘self-serving’ democratic association

Local Chula Vistans saw a political bumper sticker that said John McCann for city council so we called McCann and he laughed saying those must have been old bumper stickers… really old stickers we say… maybe somebody broke out those stickers to get the conversation started to encourage him to run… we heard it was a couple of teachers??? Quien sabe.
