Every year Xavier the X-Man host a lowrider toy drive at Luzita’s Mexican Food restaurant, located at 60 East J St in Chula Vista, where hundreds of toys are donated and shared with the children of Emilio Nares Foundation where they help families and children with cancer. On the last Sunday of each month, Xavier, a lowrider aficionado, host a gathering of lowriders and the restaurant treats all guests to a free bowl of menudo. Photos by Xavier.
