The Chula Vista Public Library will hold a 15th Anniversary/Quinceañera celebration at the South Branch on Saturday, September 25 from 9:30 a.m. 2 p.m. Activities include ballet folklórico, classical guitar performances, a poetry slam, family crafts, and much more.
