The creation of a binational university to be sited in Chula Vista was one of the projects presented at the 9th Border Committee Meeting of the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG).
The proposal was moved forward by Chula Vista’s City Council in late January, and it is currently in the process of creating a Board and a foundation that would enable the project to fund construction.

Como parte del Festival de Ciencias e Ingeniería de San Diego 2016, el Instituto Biocom se ha unido con el programa 52 Semanas de Ciencia para traer un evento lleno de aprendizaje a Barrio Logan.
En el evento, sus hijos podrán interactuar con ingenieros y científicos, al igual que realizar experimentos y actividades científicas interactivas. La actividad se llevará a cabo en la Biblioteca pública de Logan Heights el próximo martes 8 de marzo.
