Five Latino/a Candidates Run to Replace Sup. Cox

<p>Long-time local elected official Greg Cox is now serving his last year in office on the San Diego County Board of Supervisors, and five candidates are campaigning to replace him as the First District Supervisor representing the areas of San Diego County from Point Loma, downtown, Southeast San Diego, Bonita, Chula Vista, and the border areas.</p>

Gloria Is Candidate for Two Races According to his Own Lawyers

<p>Lawyers representing Todd Gloria and the San Diego Democratic Party filed legal briefs in court this week declaring that Gloria is a candidate for both re-election to the Assembly and for San Diego Mayor, directly contradicting Gloria’s own statements that he’s only running for Mayor.</p>
<p>Gloria, a local Assemblyman and declared candidate for San Diego Mayor, was sued last week over the use of campaign funds he holds in a campaign committee opened for his re-election to the Assembly.</p>

Todd Gloria Declares Candidacy for State Assembly After Filing Form

<p>A Candidate Intention Statement form for Todd Gloria’s re-election to the Assembly was hand delivered to the Secretary of State’s office the morning after La Prensa San Diego posed questions to Gloria’s campaign manager about the missing form.</p>
<p>Todd Gloria, a candidate for San Diego Mayor, currently serves in the California Assembly representing parts of the City of San Diego, including Downtown, North Park, Balboa Park, and all the beach communities.</p>
