<p>JUAREZ, Mexico —In a world upside-down, Marisela Escobedo, a mother seeking justice for the killing of her teenage daughter, was executed a few days ago right in front of the Chihuahua state governors office. Meanwhile, a drug cartel has offered to find the killer.</p>

<p> With the exception of one stubborn nation that insisted to the end on an agreement that would meet minimum scientific standards for reverting global warming, world leaders agreed to: dodge binding emissions controls, promise funds with no sources attached, leave untouched the intellectual property regime that restricts the flow of green technology, and expands market-based mechanisms that are correlated to a rise in greenhouse gas emissions.</p>

<p> A 14 year-old and his two older sisters, ages 19 and 23 were arrested in Cuernavaca airport December second. The siblings where about to board a flight headed to Tijuana and then take a shuttle to their final destination: San Diego.</p>

<p> El 2 de diciembre fue detenido en el aeropuerto de Cuernavaca un menor de 14 años junto con sus hermanas de 19 y 23 años. Los hermanos estaban a punto de tomar un vuelo a Tijuana para de ahí cruzar la frontera en un autobús que los llevaría a su destino final: San Diego.</p>
