<p>The US Treasury Department and the Small Business Administration (SBA) refuse to release all of the names of companies that received federal bailout funds from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), but reports show companies connected to at least four Members of Congress received some of the funds they themselves approved.</p>

<p>The San Diego Zoo and the Safari Park in Escondido re-opened their gates on Tuesday in a soft opening for annual pass members through Thursday before they both open to all visitors on Saturday.</p>

<p>After months of inactivity caused by precautions to curb the spread of the Coronavirus, a group of artists working on a mural to honor an immigrant killed at the border has returned to Chicano Park to complete its piece.</p>
