Northwest Civic Association will present a Chula Vista City Council Candidates Forum on Monday Sept. 10th at 6 p.m. at the Chula Vista Civic Center Library Auditorium (4th Ave. & F St.). <p>Many of us addicts took and abused drugs, alcohol, or some other kind of vice, such as gambling, overeating or sex to be happy. We didn’t like what was on the outside in front of us which reminds me of a story in a 12-step fellowship meeting.<br>

SANDAG is seeking input to update its Public Participation Plan as it gears up in the coming months to tackle significant regional issues related to transportation, growth, housing, public health, energy, sustainability, habitat conservation, interregional planning, and other important topics.
