A Thumbs Up for Chula Vista Police
As everybody knows I usually have something snide to say about everything and everybody but today I have to change my tune. I am going to have to switch digits and this time give two THUMBS up to Lt. Phil Collum and his north-side neighborhood police force for his response to my complaint. At a recent Crossroads II meeting Lt. Collum passed out his cards and said to call anytime we had a neighborhood problem.
