<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; Although President Obama continues to meet with top House and Senate Republicans in an effort to reach a budget agreement before the August 2nd deadline for raising the debt limit, it is unclear how far-reaching the final deal will be.</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; Actualmente la deuda es de 14.44 trillones. Alrededor de 9.6 trillones es deuda pública, es decir, el gobierno debe a personas y organizaciones civiles y privadas que normalmente invierten en la compra de bonos federales.</p>
