Barack Obama está en campaña, definitivamente, y como todo político en campaña está prometiendo el oro y el moro. En particular, está prometiéndole a la comunidad latina que “ahora si”, que ahora que lo reelijan si va a haber reforma migratoria, pero al mismo tiempo asegura que por ahora no puede haber nada. En corto, Obama propone reforma a cambio del voto latino.
