National School District Kindergarten Registration Begins April 12
The National School District will begin open enrollment for all incoming kindergarten students on Monday, April 12, 2010. Enrollment is open to all students who will be five years old on or before December 2, 2010. All of our kindergarten programs are full day programs.
Classroom placements are available at all ten school sites in the District in both Bilingual and English programs.

<p>El Distrito 8 de la Ciudad de San Ysidro, históricamente ha sido considerado el distrito “latino” en la ciudad.</p>
<p>Desde que fue fundado, todos los regidores de este distrito han sido latinos.</p>
<p>El Distrito 8 incluye comunidades como Barrio Logan, Sherman Heights, y al sur, San Ysidro, Otay Mesa y Nestor.</p>

Often times when discussing health care in the United States we would often hear the lament ‘why can’t the US provide health care for all their people?’ Naturally comparisons would be drawn with other countries that do provide health care for all their citizens. This past Tuesday when President Obama signed the historic health care reform legislation, the United States took a giant step towards answering this question positively.
<p></p>
<p>President Obama needs to maintain his forceful, proactive leadership approach that he only too recently has adopted.</p>
<p>It took him more than a year to discard the fantasy of bipartisanship on health care reform, even though the Republicans obstructed him every step of the way and showed no interest in meaningful compromise. Their goal, all along, has been to make him fail.</p>
<p>Finally, he’s woken up to this reality.</p>
